Organize PDF Pages

Reorder, rotate and delete pages, then save as a new PDF — free and entirely in your browser.

Processed on your device — your files are never uploaded

Organize PDF pages online

Rearrange, rotate, or remove pages from a PDF and save the result as a new document. Change the page order by dragging pages into place, turn an upside-down or sideways scan the right way up, and delete blank or duplicate pages — while the document’s bookmarks keep pointing at the right pages. Velprio does all of it directly in your browser, so your PDF isn’t uploaded to our servers.

How to organize a PDF file online

  1. 1.Select your PDF — every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. 2.Drag a page by its grip handle to move it to a new position.
  3. 3.Turn pages the right way up, or remove the ones you don't need — Undo brings a removed page back.
  4. 4.Save and download the new PDF.

Benefits of local browser PDF organization

Private by design

Board papers, contracts, internal reports — rearranging a sensitive document happens inside your own browser. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and there is no server-side copy to leak.

Lossless rotations and deletions

Turning a page upright or dropping one out copies the original page content as it is, rather than re-rendering it. Text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and the layout is unchanged.

Your bookmarks survive the reorder

When you save, the bookmarks are rebuilt and the clickable links inside the document are updated to the new page order. A reorganized report keeps a table of contents that still jumps to the right pages — easy to lose when a document's pages are rebuilt, and kept here on purpose.

Nothing is final until you save

Every change is held as a plan, not written to the file. Undo restores the last page you removed, Start over returns the document to how it arrived, and the PDF you opened is never modified.

See every page before you commit

All pages are rendered as thumbnails, with a badge showing where a moved page started. Zoom any page full-screen to check it, and turn a single page or the whole document at once.

Frequently asked questions about organizing PDFs

Is Velprio free?

Yes. The browser-based organize tool is free, with no account or sign-up required.

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. Reordering, rotating and deleting pages all run locally in your browser — your file is never sent to a server.

Will reordering pages break my bookmarks or table of contents?

No. When you save, the bookmarks (the document outline) are rebuilt and clickable links inside the document are updated to match the new page order, so they still take you to the right pages. Bookmarks that pointed at a page you deleted are removed rather than left pointing somewhere wrong.

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Use the turn buttons under any page to rotate it left or right — one press for a sideways page, two for an upside-down one. The buttons above the grid turn every page at once. Rotation only changes how the page is displayed, so text stays selectable and images keep their full quality.

How do I delete a page from a PDF?

Press the bin icon under the page, then Save. If you remove the wrong page, Undo puts it back exactly where it was. The other pages and their bookmarks are kept.

Can I undo a page I deleted by mistake?

Yes. Undo puts the most recently removed page back where it was, and Start over returns the document to its original order with no pages removed and no rotations applied.

Is my original PDF changed?

No. Your edits are held as a plan until you press Save, which produces a new PDF. The file you opened is never modified.

Is there a limit for large PDFs?

There is no limit we impose — the practical ceiling is your device's memory. Long documents are shown 60 pages at a time with a Show more button, and a page can be dragged within the pages currently shown.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

It depends on the kind of protection. PDFs that only restrict printing or copying usually open normally. A PDF that asks for a password before it will open cannot be read here — remove the password first in the app that created it, then try again.

Does it work on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android?

Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari — so it works on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone, iPad and Android, with nothing to install. On a touchscreen, press and hold the grip on a page briefly before dragging it.

How is this different from Split PDF or Extract Pages?

Organize PDF keeps your document as one file — you reorder, rotate, or remove pages in place. Split PDF divides a document into several separate files, and Extract Pages pulls specific pages out into a new document. Merge PDF, meanwhile, combines multiple PDFs into one.

Need to make other adjustments to your files? Use our free browser tools to combine several PDFs into one, split a PDF into separate files, or save specific pages as a new PDF, all safely on your own machine.
