These details help us reproduce it:
- ✓Which tool you were using
- ✓Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android
- ✓Roughly how large the file was, in pages or megabytes
- ✓What you expected, and what happened instead
You do not need to send us your PDF. If a file is needed to reproduce a problem, we will ask, and you can remove anything sensitive first.
